10 glute stretches

10 quad pulls

10 3-step toe touch

Tier 1:

4 rounds, work to max: Every 4:00, 7 cycles of Bear Complex 1 power clean

1 front squat

1 push press

1 back squat

1 push press

Do not let the bar touch the ground for rest until all 7 cycles are complete.

Tier 2:

4 rounds, work to max: Every 4:00, 6 cycles of Bear Complex 1 power clean

1 front squat

1 push press

1 back squat
