ABOUT B.O.P.E.
Our program is unlike many of the PE programs that exist. We have traded classic sports units and “take another lap” mentality for focus on improving student and staff quality of life through fun, functional, lifelong physical fitness and nutrition habits.
We work hard and play hard. We take food seriously. We are always growing. We believe that these principles help form us into the best version of ourselves.
Ultimately, the healthier you are, the happier you are. Brays Oaks Physical Education exists to make healthy, happy humans.
