WOD

Tier 1:

4 rounds

250m row (if not enough rowers, sub 25 SDHP@45/30#, "shin to chin")

25 hand-raise push-ups

Tier 2:

4 rounds

250m row (or sub 25 SDHP)

25 push-ups, worm as necessary (chest then hips)

Tier 3:

3-4 rounds

150 row

15 push-ups, on box/bench/table (or sub DB bench press)
