Tier 1:
500 double unders.
Do not count missed attempts.
Tier 2:
1000 single unders
10 doubles attempts after every 100. Add double attempts (whether completed or unsuccessful) to total count.
Tier 3:
700 single unders
5 doubles attempts after every 100. Add double attempts (whether completed or unsuccessful) to total count.
MWOD
Collect 20:00 total (10:00 each leg) in a calf stretch - use stairs, bumpers, whatever you can find. Aim for at least 8:00 in class, 1:00 at a time for each leg!
