Don't show up to the Pavilion this morning. Instead take your phone on a run.
WOD
Run 1 mile
- 10 push-ups, every minute, on the minute (EMOM, ex. 1:00. 2:00, 3:00)
- scale to 5 push-ups, as necessary
(Time permitting)
Run another mile
- 30 lunge steps EMOM
- scale to 15, as necessary
