CrossFit Dodgeball -
Same rules as traditional dodgeball, only when hit by colored ball, you earn your way back into the game by completing the assigned exercises from the color.
- red: 5 burpees
- green: 12 KB swings
- orange: 15 squats
- blue: 10 double-unders (or 20 singles, but try for doubles)
- yellow: 9 DB push press
- purple: 13 sit-ups
- NEON: choice
