1 Power Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Push Press

1 Back Squat

1 Push Press (behind the neck)

Barbell should not touch the ground for rest until all 7 cycles are complete. Bar can rest in the front rack, hanging, or back squat position.

If time permits:

4 rounds of -

20 sit-ups

10 deadlift (155/105)

4 burpees EMOM (start with burpees)
